Refund policy

At Cloud Foodie, we take pride in the quality of our frozen food products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. and has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure all its staff and suppliers are fully aware of, and comply with the Consumer Protection Act. We are committed to operate our business in terms of the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and our returns policy is aligned therewith.

Additionally, we take great care in packaging and delivering our frozen food products to ensure their quality and freshness. We include ice packs with all of our frozen food deliveries to maintain the proper temperature and ensure the food arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you receive a frozen food item that has thawed during shipping or appears to have been damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for a resolution.

No returns policy

Perishable items cannot be returned due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, this is due to public and food safety regulations.

Incorrect goods delivered

If we delivered the incorrect goods, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of said goods. The goods must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will either refund the customer their money or exchange it for the correct product.

Refunds will be finalised within 7 business days.
